This Terms of Use (agreement) informs visitors and customers of the rules and policies that govern this portal. The use of this portal or any part thereof is also not available to persons whose membership has been suspended or terminated by Styletag for any reason whatsoever. If you are registering as a business entity, you represent that you are duly authorized by the business entity to accept this agreement and you have the authority to bind that business entity to this agreement.
Your Personal Data is defined as any information you provide to us in the registration, buying or listing process, in the feedback area or through any e-mail feature or a written letter or form mailed or submitted to any of our stores and offices. We will protect your Personal Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password and for preventing unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Please take all necessary steps to ensure that the username and password is kept confidential and secure. Please inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your username and/or password has become known to anyone else, or are being, or are likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner. If Styletag has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of this portal, we may require you to change your password or we may suspend your account without any liability to Styletag. By submitting any such materials, you are granting Styletag an irrevocable and unrestricted license to use, modify, reproduce, transmit, display and distribute such materials, information, suggestions, ideas or comments for any purpose whatsoever. However, we will not use your name in connection with any such materials, information, suggestions, and ideas or comments unless we first obtain your permission or otherwise are required by law to do so. You also agree and confirm:
- To provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by Styletag registration form or guest details form (Registration Data).
- To maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, or not current or if Styletag has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, and not current or not in accordance with this agreement, Styletag has the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to the portal.
- That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost reasonably incurred by Styletag for return or redelivery shall be claimed from you and you shall be liable to pay such costs.
-That you will use the services and products provided by Styletag, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using and transacting on the portal.
- You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. Styletag reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), Styletag has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar you from using this portal and or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
- That you are accessing the services and products available on this portal and transacting at your sole risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through this portal that the address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects.
- That before placing an order you will check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale and invitation of offer included in the item's description.
You must only use this portal for lawful purposes, and you must not use it in a way that infringes the rights of anyone else or that restricts or inhibits anyone else's enjoyment of the portal. Please note that completion of the online checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place only when we dispatch the product(s) or commencement of the services that you ordered from us. If you supplied us with your email address when entering your payment details (or if you have a registered account with us), we will notify you by email within two working days to confirm that we have received your order, and confirm tentative shipping or delivery dates. All products that you order through the portal will remain the property of Styletag until we have received payment in full from you for those products. During the checkout process, you will be asked to complete your payment details. All fields indicated as compulsory must be completed. Please note that we will collect and store your information, using an encrypted secure technology and will only use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Styletag offers the following methods for you to make payment for your order - credit or debit card, net banking and cash-on-delivery (COD). All card payments are through an encrypted secure mechanism subject to authorisation by your card issuer and we take payment when we accept your order shortly before dispatch. If your payment is not received and you have already received the products you ordered from us, you must pay for the products or return those products to us in accordance with reasonable return instructions that we provide to you and in the same condition that you received them at your own expense. If you do not do this within 30 days of the date on which we cancel your order, we may collect or arrange for collection of the products at your expense. We reserve the right to charge you for any and all damage to (or other adverse interference with) any products that are the subject of an unpaid order. Where payment is by way of COD, your order, once verified and confirmed, will be processed for shipment within the time specified from the date of confirmation. You will be required to make a cash payment to our Courier Partner only at the time of delivery of your order but without opening the package. Please note that payment by way of cheque, demand draft, e-gift vouchers or the like will not be entertained or accepted. The maximum order value for COD delivery is Rs. 15,000. If we cannot supply you with the product or service you ordered, we will not process your order, inform you of this in writing (including e-mail) and, if you have already paid for the product or service, refund you in full as soon as reasonably possible.
Styletag reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse to accept or cancel any accepted order for any reason. Situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will inform you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit / debit card (Card) has been charged, the said amount will be refunded by way of a reversal of the transaction with the Card Issuer. We will seek authorization on your Card for the aggregate amount of the order placed by you. However, we may charge your card (capture) only with the amount corresponding to the actual portion of the order that we are able/willing to fulfil, along with any associated shipping charges/taxes and levies etc. Any surplus amount, for which we might have originally sought and received an authorization on your Card from your Card Issuer, if not captured by us within the time period stipulated by our Banker, will not be captured / charged. If however such surplus amount is charged to your Card / bank account in error, we will refund the same as soon as the error is realized or brought to our notice, whichever is earlier. Styletag reserves the right to capture / charge your Card to the full or partial authorized amount for the concerned order. Where you have opted for payment by COD and your order is cancelled, we will notify you of such cancellation by e-mail within 7 working days of our decision to cancel your order.
You may cancel the whole or part of your order by completing the Order Cancellation Form available on the portal. Cancellations will be accepted only if made within 1 day of your placing the order and subject to the condition that the products have not been despatched. If the request for cancellation of an order is accepted by styletag, the amount charged to your card will be refunded to you within a period of 10 working days from the date of cancellation. Styletag reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason.
Styletag offers an easy 14 day refund policy. Please refer to the returns section for complete information. Refunds of payments charged to the Member’s card will only be credited to the Member’s card account with the card Issuer which was used to pay for the original order. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays caused by the Card Issuer in credit to the Member’s card account. Refund against COD orders shall be by cheque mailed to the mailing address provided by you. If the Returns request is rejected, a communication in writing will be made to you and the returned products will be shipped back to you at your cost.
Delivery charges and timelines vary depending on the type of products ordered, the product you select and the delivery address. Delivery will be to the address specified in your order. We shall provide details to enable you to track your order once it has been despatched. If you do not receive the package within 7 working days of our despatch intimation to you, please send us an email to support@styletag.com mentioning your order number. On receipt of your email, we shall follow up with our courier and logistics service providers and arrange delivery of your order within 2 weeks failing which we shall refund the amount paid by you. All risk in the products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control. Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside India. Styletag reserves the right to define what can and cannot be delivered to which destination. We currently deliver across India. Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders. Please refer to the delivery and return section for more details. Purchases will be made in Indian Rupees. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge in relation to such payment which international credit card holders will be liable to pay. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing an order for international delivery.
You agree, understand and confirm that the Card details or other financial details provided by you for availing of our services and Products are correct and accurate and you shall not use any Card or financial facility which is not lawfully owned / obtained by you. You also understand that any financial information submitted by you is directly received by our acquiring bank and not stored by us; hence we are not liable for any Card frauds. The liability for the fraudulent use of a Card will be on you and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall also be exclusively on you. All information collected by us shall be governed as per our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
All reviews, comments, feedback, suggestions and ideas, disclosed, submitted or offered to Styletag through this portal or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with your use of this portal (comments) shall be and remain the property of Styletag. Such disclosure, submission or offer of any comments shall constitute an assignment to Styletag of all right, title and interest in all copyright and other intellectual property in the comments. This agreement is effective unless terminated by either you or Styletag. You may terminate this agreement at any time by informing us in writing through by registered post or email sent to us from your email address registered with us that you no longer wish to be associated with or use this portal, provided that you discontinue any further use of this portal. Styletag may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the portal, and such termination will be without any liability to Styletag. Upon the termination of this agreement by either you or Styletag, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this portal, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under this agreement or otherwise. Styletag’s right to any comments shall survive any termination of this agreement. Any such termination of this agreement shall not cancel your obligation to pay for any order already placed through the portal or affect any liability that may have arisen under this agreement.

If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed to be superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Styletag with respect to the portal/services and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and Styletag with respect to the portal/services. styletag’s failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
Styletag reserves the right to change these terms of service and by accessing or using the portal after such changes have been made, users agree to abide by such changes. All modified terms and conditions shall take effect immediately after posting to the portal. You agree and consent to any and all modified terms and conditions hereunder. This agreement may not be modified, amended, and/or changed by you in any manner. Furthermore, you agree that we may modify this agreement or discontinue our portal at any time and without notice and without any liability or responsibility to you.
In the event any provision, clause, sentence, phrase or word hereof or the application thereof in any circumstances, is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder hereof, or of the application of any such provision, sentence, clause, phrase or word in any other circumstances.
The failure by either party to enforce at any time any of the provisions of this agreement, to exercise any election or option provided herein, or to require at any time the performance of the other of any of the provisions herein will not in any way be construed as a waiver of such provisions.
Any legal claim or dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement or our services shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted at Bangalore. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language.
These terms of service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with laws of India as applicable in Karnataka and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore in the State of Karnataka, India.
